In Part ONE of Three. Explore ~Discover ~ Identify Priorities.
We’re identifying issues that CAN be successfully addressed in this program. This program is a powerful tool, but so is a hammer. You can’t use a hammer if you need to sweep the floor, a broom would work for that. The point is, use the right tool for the right job. And, to be fair, please take part one to go deep inside and truly identify any negative thought or limitation (limited idea about your potentials).

Part 2 of 3
Time To HEAL:
Gentle Root Removal, Negative/Limiting Patterns
This MP3 will be delivered via email on day 7 with instructions for the next 7 days. The program gently guides you to a deep, healing place where you can release the past pains, upsets, disappointments, shock, shame, fear, sad, mad, and really heal from a deep inner place. It takes work and this program will encourage you to do a little bit each night while you are taking care of living each day. This is a powerful series.

Planting/Establishing New Habits that LAST*
This program will be delivered via email on day 14. It will guide you through the next seven days. Behaviors, thought forms and feelings can and do impact our present and future. This step is about helping you start fresh; feel and take action that is in alignment with a healthier, happier being.
Now is the time to transform. It doesn’t take a lot of time to do these. it does take some time but mostly awareness. You’ll notice new levels of insights, inner strengths. Its like starting out at a gym. If you keep going you’ll build muscle and increase your fitness. Although going to the gym is not always the best example because may people sign up and don’t continue. This is only twenty-one days – broken up into three – seven day sections. Although I put this program together officially in the fall of 2016, I’ve been teaching aspects of this program for decades. I’m very proud of this program because I know what it will do. It can give you tangible, positive, measurable results.
