History of the Cosmic Mandate
In the mid/late 1960’s, The Cosmic Mandate was primarily developed over a fifteen year period through the primary channel, Dr. Patricia-Rochelle Diegel. On her 50th birthday she sat with a group of friends and students for a ceremony. At that time she connected to her future self, Orion, a master teacher in a School for Adepts, Colorado, Earth, approx. 2600ad.
The information initially came as a symbol of nine squares similar to a tick tack toe or Rubits Cube. Along with the image was the impression or words, “This is the Cosmic Mandate, and it will explain the evolution of conscious evolution. Over the next period of time you will be able to fill in many layers of information – all truth, all sciences can be placed into this matrix and seen how they evolve, how they work or where they are on the scale.”
